Launchup Was Simler But Better

Wednesday, March 10, 2010
By James Green

Went to Launchup #6 tonight (i.e. Entreprenurial Barn Raising) and was blown away by, as Jeremy Hanks would want me to say,  3 Mind Meltimg solo presentations. One of the companies I was most impressed with was a company called Simler.com. Simler is a new web application that connects people based on common interests and allows them to engage in meaningful conversations. While social networks are great for connecting you with people you already know, Simler connects you with people you should know because you share the same passions.

In the next few months they’ll be integrating with Facebook connect so they you can easily pull your network updates into Simler to erase the noise or as Ryan Goodwin – Simler’s CEO put it remove spam from your social media experience.

Check out Simler today!
